The official Lost Podcast has posted the audio from the Lost Comic-Con 2006 panel q&a segment. This 53 minute podcast is definitely worth listening to, in addition to hearing a lot of great questions, you can hear Jay & Jack’s hilarious questions and Rachel Blakes confrontation with the producers.
