ABC has confirmed the date when Lost will return to television screens after its mid-season break. The last episode before the only break this season will broadcast on November 8th. ‘Lost’ will then be replaced with ‘Day Break’ until February 7, 2007 and will run uninterrupted until the end of the season.

I just wanted to say that it very disappointing that Lost will be off for 3 months. It seemed to take forever for season 3 to start and then to find out only 5 episodes will aired then a 3 month break. I will always love the show and always watch but its a little difficult to be loyal with such huge breaks right in the middle of the season. Thanks for you time.

THE PRODUCERS SUCK WRITER ARE GREAT ACTORS GREAT BUT THE PERSON WHO PLANNED THIS BREAK IS A COMPLETE IDIOT. TOO BAD THERE ISNT ANY OTHER SHOW WORTH WATCHING THAT WOULD BE A GREAT TIME TO SAY SO LONG TO TO A SHOW WITH TOO MANY COMERCIALS AND TOO MANY DAYS OFF AND HELLO TO SOMETHING FRESH AND AS GREAT A SHOW WITH LESS BREAKS AND COMERCIALS!!!!!
I agree with you all the 3 month hiatus after a 6 episode mini-series is almost cruel, considering we had to wait from the end of may until now just to see what happened after last year’s finale… the only upside to this is we know when the show re-airs and don’t confuse a new show with a re-run(which they will not be showing during the hiatus) and once it re-airs it will run until may with no interuptions…. my only hope is that they create a new TLE ARG during the interim, something Lost-related to keep us interested until february
Well I have got to say just how disappointed I am in ABC. I am unable to watch most of the episodes because Lost airs to late for me, so I have to wait for the DVD to come out. I just upgraded my satilite
to get DVR so I may record the episodes and watch them later the next day. Now your saying that your shutting the show down till Feb. Thanks alot, take away a show thats actually addictive and suspenseful. You just made winter in Maine tougher to get through.
I cant beleive that ABC would do this to its loyal LOST veiwers. Not only are we left with no answers to the show but now we have to wait for 3 MONTHS??!!! I can only say that I am very dissapointed….
This is very poor planning on ABC.s part. I have no interest in watching the new time slot replacement. It makes me angry to be played this way. I have every intention of waiting until the DVD comes out and I can watch each episode with out the commercials and in a meaningful sequence. ABC has lost a once loyal customer.
